PhD defence by Danilo Bertagna
Danilo Bertagna was the first ITN NOWELTIES fellow in defending his PhD thesis “UV-LED advanced oxidation processes for the efficient removal of organic micropollutants from water” on the 21st of July at the University of Zagreb.
The PhD supervisors were Sandra Babic of the University of Zagreb and Gianluigi Buttiglieri of ICRA-TiA. The committee for dissertation defense was composed of: Dragana Mutavdzić, Marin Kovacic and Davor Ljubas of the University of Zagreb, Maria Jose Martin Sanchez of the University of Girona, and Mira Petrovic, Head of Water Quality at ICRA and coordinator of the ITN NOWELTIES project.
