ICRA gathers sanitation system technicians and managers from all over Catalonia to exchange experiences in the Combined Sewer Overflows management (CSO)

On November 22 the workshop "Experiences in the management of Combined Sewer Overflows (CSO)" took place, with the participation of more than 30 professionals from companies in the sector, entities, and local administrations. The purpose of the session was to share successful solutions and promote a meeting and participation space to qualitatively evaluate the technologies available to reflect the operational reality of CSO. At the same time, it sought to encourage the participation of the various agents in the preparation of a solution guide for the mitigation of CSO.

The organization of the event is part of the CSO mitigation solutions project, funded by the Catalan Water Agency (ACA), coordinated, and leaded by Aigües de Manresa S.A. and with the participation of ABM engineering and the Catalan Institute for Water Research (ICRA).
