Edicitnet's annual meeting
The week from 5th to 9th of September was the Annual Meeting of the Edicitnet project, where ICRA leads the Work Package 2. After two years with virtual meetings. This last edition took place in Ljubljana (Slovenia) with all Edicitnet partners present. For a week, the thirty partners of the project exchanged experiences regarding urban agriculture and nature-based solutions for food production, with a clear commitment towards a resource recovery and reuse oriented management of water, nutrients and waste, thus fostering the transition towards more sustainable and resilient cities.
ICRA organized a workshop to codesign the project’s platform. It is a digital tool where food-related urban initiatives can meet, share knowledge and learn from other initiatives. The platform comes from the integration of all the tools developed within Edicitnet and ICRA is leading its design and development.
