The ICRA has HR Policy that guarantees open, transparent and merit-based recruitment (OTM-R) for all candidates and all phases of the process.
In 2015 ICRA received the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) award, in recognition of the quality of internal policies, aligned with the European Charter for Researchers, and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, which set out principles to ensure optimal working conditions, development, selection, ethics and professionalism for the institution.
